Ray Compari - Rutgers School of Business - Executive Education
 

Ray Compari – Director

Ray has extensive background in organizational development and executive education having honed his skill set as a training provider and solution developer in higher education for over 20 years. In the 4-year university sector, he served as the first full-time Executive Director of the Management Institute at Rowan University. At Rutgers-Camden, prior to his current position, Ray served as Director, Management Development at the Center for Management & Entrepreneurship. In the 2-year community college sector, Ray created and led, as Director, the Business Assistance Center at Cumberland County College, and, at Gloucester County College, served as the Assistant Dean of Continuing Education, providing direction and oversight for all non-credit programming.

Elected to numerous state and national committees on workforce development and higher education, Ray possesses a broad national perspective on how to effectively harness the resources of Rutgers University to create strategic partnerships with the business community; locally, regionally, nationally and globally.

Ray earned his MBA from Monmouth University.

Joanne Stevenson - Administrative Assistant -  Rutgers Executive Education

 

Joanne Stevenson – Administrator

Joanne is the central coordinator of Executive Education activities. With over 20 years experience, including inside knowledge of the Rutgers system, Joanne is well equipped to assist clients and support instructors in providing high-quality training. She is the point person for scheduling, producing materials and arranging facilities, equipment and other training supports.

The staff relies on Joanne and her organizational skills to anticipate needs and to follow-through on Rutgers Executive Education plans. Her skilled attention to detail allows staff to spend more time with clients and less time on administrative concerns. Joanne is Rutgers Executive Education’s primary contact for accounting inquiries and for reaching other university personnel. She ensures that all contracts and agreements are completed so that we can process invoices and payments on a timely basis.

Jonathan Lane - Program Manager - Rutgers Executive Education  

Jonathan Lane – Program Manager

Armed with his BA from Rutgers, Jonathan began his career in the commercial aviation and business travel industry – in sales and marketing. His roles included maintaining and developing market share among distributors and corporate end-users. This eventually led to an interest in technology and to training knowledge workers in the effective use of business and enterprise technology.

Prior to joining Rutgers  Center for Management and Entrepreneurship in 2004, Jonathan developed and delivered business skills training for a major continuing education organization, where he conducted training for thousands of individuals in the private and public sectors, in 48 states and Canada.

Since 2004, Jonathan has managed and developed our open-enrollment continuing education programs and also collaborates with Executive Education team members and clients in support of new and ongoing corporate training programs.

Donna Rabena - Learning Consultant - Rutgers Executive Education

Donna is the first point of contact for inquiries on Executive Education programs. She brings over 25 years of combined experience in Federal Government service, the private business sector and post-secondary education in a variety of key administrative, customer relationship management and team-support roles.

Donna’s professionalism provides potential Rutgers Executive Education clients with the knowledge and follow-up they require, ensuring that they have the answers and information they need to select the right training solutions.

Michelle Dilugi - Fiscal Agent - Rutgers Executive Education  

Michelle DiLugi – Fiscal Coordinator

Michelle ensures fast, accurate processing and accounting for inflows and outflows of payments from clients, vendors, and staff.  She presents the Executive Education team with in-depth and precise overviews of our current financial position.

Michelle earned her BS in Finance and Business Law from Temple University.  She then went on to work for a small start-up company, where she gained extensive experience in the development of business. 

Her excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude make this all possible.

Cristina Ortega - Rutgers Executive Education - Marketing Specialist  

Cristina Ortega – Marketing Specialist

Cristina manages and develops the brand strategy and print & digital marketing campaigns for Rutgers University Executive Education.  In addition, she oversees the organization’s website, execed.rutgers.edu.  Cristina is both analytical and creative, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to execute successful marketing initiatives. 

Cristina earned her Masters in Business Adminstration (MBA) from Rutgers University and has her BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
