Design Process

In each custom program we design, first and foremost, the process is a collaborative venture. Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from our client in partnership with the Rutgers Executive Education curriculum design team, we strive to include these adult learning strategies into each program:

- Learning content that is based on the realities of the client organization and of the program participants’ functional business division/unit
- Alternating cycles of action learning (individual and team-based) and cognitive reflection on new ideas

-Hands-on, interactive sessions, with limited passive learning
