A Simulating Experience in Agile Project Management

The program incorporates a computer-based simulation experience to reinforce important principles, enabling students to manage Agile projects in a dynamic, real-time environment.

CAMDEN — Like many people who find themselves out of work, Deborah Kelley was seeking a way to restart her career. To spruce up her resume and sharpen her skills, the Audubon resident turned to the Executive Education Program at the Rutgers School of Business–Camden. Now, Kelley works as a global custom software contract administrator for IBM, and credits the program for getting her back in business.
