Put Rutgers on Your Resume
“Waste you see is tip of the iceberg, the unseen waste is several times larger.”
Regu Regupathy, Advisor/Instructor, Rutgers University Lean Six Sigma
Benefits of Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is the ultimate in process improvement. The systematic approach to any process that reduces cycle time, defects, waste, cost and variation. As a result, it helps an organization provide improved customer service. It uses data analysis to identify the root cause of a problem so that it can be prevented from happening again.
