In our recent LEAD@Accudyne session in Dallas, the 19 participants completed the Corestrengths Assessment with some consistent insights.

In our experience in facilitating High Potential Leadership Development, the majority of participants:

  • “Above the line”, focusing on the “red” of performance;
  • Few, if any, being in the “green” of process;
  • Roughly half of the participants are in the “Hub” area with a high degree of versatility.

We see this pattern reflected in their team performance and configuration, with a high degree of collaboration and a lower level of break through innovation.
