Leading Change in the Age of AI: What Every Leader Must Do Differently
As Artificial Intelligence continues to reshape how work gets done, it is also fundamentally changing how organizations experience change. Traditional approaches—built for planned, episodic initiatives—are no longer enough in a world where change is continuous, fast-moving, and embedded in daily work.
In this interactive 45-minute webinar, participants will explore how AI is transforming the nature of change itself, including faster change cycles, more distributed access to information, and increased emotional resistance tied to role and identity concerns.
Join us for a value-added, 45-minute webinar on May 12 at 12:00 EST entitled “Leading Change in the Age of AI: What Every Leader Must Do Differently”
Through practical examples and guided discussion, participants will learn how to better communicate, build trust, and help others make sense of change in an AI-enabled environment.
This session is designed for leaders and professionals across all industries who want to lead change more effectively in a rapidly evolving workplace.
